Mart has an MBA degree with specialization in finance from the University of Georgia. Mart worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993-2001, first as an auditor/consultant and from 1998 as the managing director of the company's investment banking and corporate finance arm. Since 2001, Mart has been active in real estate investment management and real estate development. Mart is a member of the supervisory board of Estonian Business School Group and a member of the listing committe at Tallinn Stock Exchange.
