Igors has graduated from the Agricultural School of Kandava and is currently studying economics in University of Latvia. Igors has worked in Rīgas Komercbanka (Riga Commercial Bank) and Privātais Investīciju Fonds (Private Investment Fund). In 1999, Igors established his own real estate investment and development company Jūsu Grupa, Ltd., which has undertaken many successful investment and development projects in Riga and Jurmala.
