Kuldar studied accounting at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, which he has enhanced with training. Kuldar has been in the real estate field since 1996 when he took the helm of AS Pirita Rannahoone. In 1999 he took part in the founding of the Albatros sports club and remained at the head of the club until 2003. From 2001-2004 Kuldar served as managing director of AS Keegliklubi. He joined Metro in 2003. His most important professional projects are the renovation of Pirita Rannahoone and the new, D-wing of the complex. Currently Kuldar is busy with project management for a commercial and office building Metro Plaza set for completion in 2008 as well as with detailed plans for several other projects.
