Saman Mostashari

Saman Mostashari has a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering and a MBA from London Business School. He started his career in the Oil & Gas industry and developed a group of companies successfully supplying and manufacturing equipment for the Oil& gas Industry in the middle east before moving to UK. In end of 2001 saman Mostashari started Real Estate business in Estonia and was part of projects like the development of Pirita Apartments in Tallinn and several other projects in Riga with the original owners of Metro Group. In 2006 while still active in The Baltic region he took over the role of MD in Tracwest Ltd. and the private real estate fund affiliated to it with net assets around 400 million. In that role, he developed (managing the financial and technical development) of several landmark projects like the construction of 33 The Bishops Avenue, the second most expensive new built house in UK, and the redevelopment of the Royal Mansion, the most expensive new build house in UK among others. He is still an active investor in Eastern Europe and the Baltic region.
